Refund policy

Of course we hope you are delighted with your beads, but in case there are issues we'll do our best to make it right.

Damages and mistakes
Please inspect your order when you get it and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, or if you received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.

Not happy with your purchase ? We've made every effort to photograph and describe the items accurately so that you know what you are getting. However, if you are not happy with anything you received, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Returned or Exchanged items must be in the same unused condition as received. For example, we can't take back cut strands. You’ll also need in include a copy of your order.

Just a few Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sorry, no returns on special orders, sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at PenDiamanti@gmail.com , with RETURN in the subject line and explain the issue. We’ll send you a return authorization with instructions on where to send the return. You will be responsible for return shipping, and if the item(s) is/are expensive we strongly recommend insuring and tracking you package, because we can't refund for items we don't get back in good condition.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us for the return authorization and once you have that, order the new item right away.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank and/or credit card company to process the refund.
