Holes are about 4mm apart, but if you have larger beads you can just use 3 or 2 of the holes instead of all five
Other options include stringing them like a bead through the hole close to the end of the spacer. Used this way as tabular beads, with a small bead between them they'll create an attractive fan shape at the front of a necklace.
String seed beads in loops criss-crossing through spacer, in one hole and out the other for creative earrings, or a DIY pendant
