These white beads belong to the "batik bone" family, they haven't been "batiked" but they work well with others of the type 12x22mm, this is a bit smaller than average for this shape

The beads have wooden plugs inside the bone and the hole is drilled through the wood. The plugs can be removed if you want huge hole beads
Also note that the plugs sometimes slip out, if not held in place by neighboring beads, usually they can put pressed back into place, but it's best to use large flat beads or rondells on either side of these beads when stringing with them
