Dark Cobalt Blue Vintage African seed beads, almost 4mm on 22-inch Strand
Only slightly irregular these beads are still shiny so clearly haven't seen much use. They are too irregular and the wrong size for European manufacture, but the don't look Indian and definitely aren't Japanese. Possibly Taiwan production.
Altho shiny they are an almost perfect color and a good size for use with smaller African trade beads.
