- Set of 9 antique Venetian lampwork black and white eye beads 13mm
- diameter. Several show traces of pink or red in the "eye"
- Traces of blue sometimes appear as the white glass used for the "eyes" mixes with the very dark blue in the black glass
- A nice mix of patterns, only one strand available
- Skunk is the "fireside" or "mountain man" name for these eye beads
- Made in Venice, Italy mid-1800s through early 1900s for the African trade
- Beads in excellent condition
