One large (1.5" long) Guatemalan Jadeite axe blade and 4 smaller ones all from the workshop of Jay and Mary Lou Ridinger, who discovered the source of ancient Maya jade in 1974. It had been lost since Spanish conquest. They currently maintain a small museum in Antigua, Guatemala and employ dozens of carvers who make new and old designs. The rest of the necklace is made of Guatemalan serpentine, Canadian nephrite and gold plated mini axe blade pendants. 19 inches long

Just like in the Beadazzled stores, I hope you'll shop, but I'm also offering my work as inspiration for your own designs.
