One of the earliest contemporary glass beadmakers in the US, and the most knowledgeable about ancient beads, Tom is also a master of many skills required for living on the land in rural Arkansas.
Robert Liu has written about Warring States beads, old and new, several times in Ornament Magazine and Tom's recreation of these beads was covered in Ornament Vol 27, No 1 Autumn 2003.
