10mm round agate beads, relatively translucent, decorated with brown eye patterns.
I don't know how these are made, but it's probably some variant of the ancient carnelian decorating process. It involved painting an alkali paste onto the surface of the bead in the desired pattern, then heating the bead so the penetrated into the rock.
