This is a medium to low strength magnetic clasp for light weight necklaces, or bracelets.
Magnetic clasps are very handy, requiring no dexterity to put on or take off, but I don't recommend using them with valuable beads because they do come apart if snagged on clothing, furniture, etc and the jewelry could get lost.
