The blue and white could be Czech seed beads, the more irregular red white and blue ones are possibly Indian.
Striped beads and depth to color palettes and this is a very nice royal blue color.
It'd be tempted to coming these with some smaller blue on white striped beads to go with blue and white trade beads or possibly even blue and white porcelain.
