- Known as Dogon beads for the ethnic group in Mali who seem to have liked these a lot.
- Strands in excellent condition, clean, nice patina, no white gunk from being buried, soft smooth surface, very slight green tinge to the glass
- European-made 1700s to 1800s
- Very large holes
