Strands of 4mm brass heishi on long 15-inch strands
These were polished about 10 years ago and still have medium bright shine, having been kept in a plastic bag.

Originally there was just the 3mm size. Now all three colors: brass, copper and white metal are available in standard, mini and sometimes large size heishi
Strand sizes have been shrinking in recent years, these are longer than most currently on the market (10-12 inches)
