Dark cobalt blue, almost opaque, antique African seed beads 4-5mm on a 22 inch strand, Nice patina and perfect condition, perfect companion for millefiori beads or very nice on it's own with a pendant, or as waist beads.
For the latter use it would have to be paired with other beads because only one strand of these is available.
Despite being from several different batches of glass this strand has been carefully assembled to give a smooth look and feel
Most of the beads look like very short tubes rather than the more common rounded seed bead. Many show some signs of having been worn with each other for a long time.
